Furnace temp - by directional swirls imposed by programmed extractors to control and change flow patterns

Designed for furnaces to anneal large metal workpieces, the extractor ports are operated such that in a given time scale the air in the furnace is induced into a left-hand swirl, followed by a matching time interval when other ports come into play to reverse the direction of air flow. With the air recirculation system and air input, the directional flow can be synchronised with the hot air feeds. An even and consistent temp. around all zones of large workpieces being annealed is given.
