PURPOSE:To introduce regularly a plurality of rolled products into the respective edge groove of the stationary lower edges of a shearing machine by using a handling device, when said rolled products arranged in a row are simultaneously cut by down cut-shear method at room temperature. CONSTITUTION:A handing head 19 is made to wait for stand-by at a position 19', when the tip portion of a T-steel bar is carried into the machine. When the tip portion of the T-steel bar is carried to the exit side apart from upper and lower edge members 1, 3 by about 700mm., the handling head 19 is oscillated against the T-steel bar by an oil pressure cylinder 20. The T-steel bar is set at a predetermined position by removing separate blocks 6, 7. Next said T-steel is cut, and a block shorter than the standard size is dropped on a chute 31, and then the standared size cutting is continued repeatedly. |
