PURPOSE:To obtain the highly accurate measured value of relative humidity without temporal errors, by sampling the outputs of a humidity sensor at a specified time interval, ocmparing the deviation between the relative humidity values at the previous time and the last time, and performing the correction. CONSTITUTION:Gate signals are generated from a pulse train generator 14 based on pulses having a constant interval from a timer 13. A gate G1 and then a gate G2 are opened by said signals, and the output signal from a humidity sensor 7 is held in holding circuits 15 and 16. The difference between the held values is obtained by subtracting circuit 18 and compared with a preset value by a comparing circuit 19. When the deviation exceeds the preset value, a signal is issued, a value corresponding to the time constant is set in a counter 20, and a gate circuit G3 is opened. Then the value, which is obtained by amplifying the output of the subtracting circuit 18 by an amplifier circuit 21, and the held value of the holding circuit 16 are added in an adding circuit 22. Then the corrected relative humidity value is displayed on a display circuit 24. Thus, the highly accurate measured value of the relative humidity without temporal errors can be obtained. |
