PURPOSE:To obtain good molding accuracy of insert of hoop member in a horizontal injection molding machine by a method in which hoop member is sent in a given amount by a step feeder while preventing their deflection by a feed guide. CONSTITUTION:Hoop member 1 is pulled into a molding machine 100 from a supply reel device 200, and when it comes near or beyond a chain line 1, a reel motor and the motor 423 of a supply side guide 400 are driven by the signal of a photoelectric switch SW1 and it is supplied, Whereas, when it comes near and beyond a chain line 2 in loosened state, the supply of it is stopped. Even the hoop member sent out in a given pitch each by a step feeder 600 are likewise wound up by the winding side guide and the winding side reel device. While the insert of the hoop member is put in the resin injected from the injection molding machine 100, the hoop member 1 is guided for their thickwise and widthwise directions by guides 132, 133 and 640, and the molding accuracy can be raised without causing deflection. Inserted resin molding can thus be attained by general purpose horizontal molding machines. |
