PURPOSE:To omit the pickling work from the pretreatment process, by applying the rolling work to the hot rolled steel sheet as it is black-skinned, while directly applying the rolling mill oil to the surface of the rolled sheet. CONSTITUTION:The rolling mill oil is prepared as a pure oil excluding water, from one or mixture of mineral oils, oil-and-fats, and synthetic oils. This oil becomes more effective by adding it the lubricity improving agent, antioxidants, the rust preventive agent, etc. This oil is applied to the surface of the rolling roll or to the biting part of the rolling roll, or to the surface of the steel sheet between two stands. |
