PURPOSE:To automatically calibrate the measurement error of a flow meter without stopping gas supply facilities and to improve the measurement accuracy by comparing a gas flow rate integrated value which is measured within a specific time with gas discharge. CONSTITUTION:While gas is not recovered, gas flow rate integrated values Q1-Q6 of gas flow meters 23a-23f within a specific time DELTAt which are provided to respective supply branch pipes 21 are inputted to a control part 16, which compares the total value of the gas flow rate integrated values Q1-Q6 with the gas discharge QHn of a gas holder 14 to display information necessary for measurement error control on, for example, a monitor, etc. When none of the gas flow meters 23a-23f have a measurement error, the total value of the gas flow rate integrated values Q1-Q6 is equal to the gas discharge QHn, but if any of the gas flow meters 23a-23f has a measurement error, the total value of the gas flow rate integrated values Q1-Q6 is different from the gas discharge QHn. For the purpose, those are controlled by the control part 16 to calibrate the measurement error of a gas flow meter automatically and also improve the measurement accuracy.
