<p>PURPOSE:To use a channel effectively even if the traffic of each user is varied over a wide range by observing the using status of each channel, and controlling an amount of access to each channel on the basis of the observed information. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 7 sends provability P1-P5 from a storage circuit 8 to a comparator 11 cyclically in each slot. A ramdom number generator 10 generates a random number in each slot and sends the number to a comparator 11. The comparator 11 compares the random numbers and sends the compared result to a gate circuit 12. The gate circuit 12 is opened when ''1'' is sent from the comparator 11, and closed when ''0'' is inputted. If a backet is outputted from a slot alpha part 5 when the gate circuit 12 is opened, the backet is sent from a terminal 4 to a channel as it is, and when the gate circuit 12 is closed, the backet is once stored in a buffer 3 and waited to be sent until the gate circuit 12 is opened. An operating circuit 9 calculates values sent from the storage circuit 8 on the basis of the formula (10) and returns the calculated result to the storage circuit 8 again.</p> |
