PURPOSE:To make it possible to pack and transport the titled water heater in a simple manner and to make it easy to handle it at the time of assembly by a method wherein flexible tubes are used to connect a plurality of heat receiving pipes to a plurality of heat discharge pipes which are smaller in number than the heat receiving pipes by bending the flexible tubes toward the heat receiving pipes. CONSTITUTION:The heat pipe type solar heat water heater is provided with a water tank 1 and a heat pipe 2 and the water tank is provided with a cistern 5 having a ball tap 4. Further, the cistern 5 is connected with a feed water pipe 6 and a hot water pipe which latter is connected to the bottom of the cistern 5. In addition, a heat insulating material is placed on the upper surface of an outer casing 3 and the heat pipe 2 is placed on the heat insulating material and is then covered with glass 7. The water tank 1 is fixed to the upper end of the outer casing 3 and the heat pipe 2 is supported by a heat receiving fin. In this case, the lower ends of the heat receiving pipes are connected to one another with a lower header 9 while the upper ends thereof are connected to one another with an upper header 10 and the heat discharge pipes 12 are connected to the header 10 through the flexible tubes 11. |
