PURPOSE:To improve cooling effect of a brake device by opening an air scoop flap provided in the front skirt of a car body, and by introducing cool wind into the brake device of the front wheel when a car is braked at its speed bigger than the prescribed one. CONSTITUTION:While a car is running, at more than the prescribed speed (for example 60km/h), and a brake pedal is pushed down, to actuate a brake device 4, both a car speed switch 12 and a brake switch 13 are closed, and a time relay 18 is electrified. Then a relay switch 19 is switched to a terminal 19b side. Then a contact 21 is closed by the electrification to a relay 20, and a motor 7 is driven. Accordingly, a crank 9 is rotated, and an air scoop flap 5 is opened through a connecting rod 10 until it reaches the dotted line. In this condition, air flow W flows around the brake device 4 of a front wheel 3 as shown by the dotted arrow line, and the brake device 4 can be cooled effectively. |
