PURPOSE:To manufacture a speaker diaphragm with light weight and large mechanical oscillation loss, by impregnating and blowing a mixed liquid of spherical foaming body and a binder on a deposited layer of a plup fiber of semi-drying state and pressing and forming it at a temperature of about 80- 180 deg.C. CONSTITUTION:As the foaming body, a spherical body containing a low melting point hydrocarbon at the inside of a spherical sheel wall comprising of copolymer of methylmethacrylate and acrylonitrile is used, and as the binder, starch and a synthetic resin of cation system such as acrylamide and polyethyleneimine are used and they are coated on the pulp fiber deposition layer having a moisture content of about 80-100%. The low melting point hydrocarbon incorporated at the inside of the spherical shell is thermally expanded to increase the diameter of the spherical wall at the pressing and forming process at the heating temperature range of about 80-100 deg.C after the coating process, and is transmitted through the spherical wall gradually, and further through the binder in a case and diffused externally, and hollow parts are produced in the spherical shell. As a result, the weight is light and higher Young's modulus is obtained in the physical properties of the speaker diaphragm. |
