PURPOSE:To prevent icing of a heating medium deteriorating due to an anti- icing operation which is performed by starting of a circulating pump and at a time when temperature of the open air is low. CONSTITUTION:When, resulting from that a heat-collecting operation is conducted for a long period of time, a heating medium starts to deteriorate and its concentration attains a specified value, detecting information, indicating that the concentration lowers, is outputted from a concentration sensor 11 to an alarm 12 through a controller 10 to light a lamp 12a and sound a buzzer 12b, and this sounds an alarm to press an operator for checking of a heating medium (anti-freezer). Further, when the open air attains a low temperature which brings the heating medium to icing without knowing the deteriorating medium, detecting information, showing that temperature is low, is outputted from each temperature sensor 9a to the controller 10, a circulating pump 2, brought to a stop, is started to conduct an antiicing operation in which the heating medium, holding the heat in a hot water storage tank 3, is circulated to a collecting circuit 6, which results in preventing the occurrence of icing due to deterioration of the heating medium. |
