发明名称 CENTERING DEVICE OF ROTARY MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable centering with high accuracy by sticking the semitransparent optical member and a reference solar battery on a laser light path to a static member and detecting the angle of inclination generated between the solar battery and the reference solar battery provided to main and auxiliary objects to be measured. CONSTITUTION:A semitransparent optical member 18 which inclines 45 deg. on a laser light path and a reference solar battery 20 which receives the laser light are installed on a support base 16 which is a static member with a laser oscillator 14. On the other hand, a solar battery 8 provided with a half mirror 8a is installed with a holding member 17 in the circular hole 3 of a stator 2 of a machine frame 1 forming a main object to be measured such as a rotary electric machine or the like to be inserted onto a rotor, and the eccentricity of the battery 8 is adjusted with a fine adjusting member according to the output of the battery 8. The slight angle of inclination which is generated between the batteries 20 and 8 is detected by the battery 20 which detects the laser light reflected from the mirror 8a prior to centering. If the battery 20 is so set that the quantity of light received therein is 2-times the quantity of the directly received light, the frame 1 is centered with high accuracy. The centering of a mounting cover 9 which is an auxiliary object to be measured is accomplished similarly.
