PURPOSE:To positioning exactly a back core and a front core in the stage of adhering the same, by inserting the back core into a cap and further putting the cap on the front core. CONSTITUTION:A plate of magnetic material 1B at the center of a front core 1 is inserted into the hole 3C of a coil bobbin 3, and the core 1 and a coil 4 are assembled, whereafter a back core 2 is inserted into a cap 6 made of a resin such as PP. The cap 6 is so formed as to have the inside dimensions conforming to the outside shape of the core 2. After the assembly of the core 1 and the coil 4 is mounted to jigs 4, adhesive agents are coated on the tips of the plates 1A, 1B, 1C of the cores 1, and the cap 6 is put on the adhesive coated surface of the core 1 to adhere the core 1 and the core 2. The core 1 and the core 2 are positioned and adhered exactly. The cap 6 prevents the breakage of the cores in the stage of resin molding. |
