<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of aninput coordinate detector or the like, by constituting a delay circuit with a capacitor, which is formed by providing a resistance film electrode on one face of a dielectric film and providing an earth electrode uniformly on the other face, and a resistance electrode. CONSTITUTION:A resistance film electrode 2 is formed on the front face of a dielectric film 1, and the earth electrode is formed on the rear face of the dielectric film 1. Pairs of parallel coordinate detecting electrodes 4 and 4 and electrodes 5 and 5 are arranged on four sides of the electrode 2, and an electrode pen 6 connected to a pulse generator 7 is brought into contact with the surface of the electrode 2. A pulse signal applied onto the electrode 2 is transmitted to detecting electrodes 4, 4, 5, and 5 through the electrode 2. The delay circuit is constituted with the capacitor, which is formed between the electrode 2 and the earth electrode, and the electrode 2, and its time constant is set to a value proportional to the square of the length between the signal input point and respective detecting electrodes 4, 4, 5, and 5, and outputs of respective pairs of detecting electrodes 4 and 4 and detecting electrodes 5 and 5 are operated in operating circuits 8 and 8', thus facilitating detectng input coordinates.</p> |
