PURPOSE:To enhance granulation strength and to attain to strengthen compression strength and to prevent pulverization, by a method wherein a solid substance supplied onto a roll rotated to a definite direction is contacted with an aerating medium while tumbled to promote various aerating treatments and granulation effect simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:Plural rotary rolls 5 are arranged between frames 3 provided to both sides of a box shaped main body A having a supply port 1 provided to the trailing end thereof and a discharge port 2 provided to the front end thereof in parallel at appropriate intervals so as to form a gradient falling toward the front part from the rear part of said frames 3 and a drive mechanism 7 driving each rotary rolls 5 to a direction moving a solid substance to be treated thereon forwardly is provided. In addition, supply ports 14 of an aerating medium are provided to both sides of a hopper 12 while the exhaust port 16 of the aerating medium is provided to a top panel 15 covering the upper part of the main body A to supply the aerating medium into the main body A. As the result, even a solid substance difficult in heat treating manipulation can be easily treated in such a state that inconveniences such as the breakage, the pulverization or the adhesion thereof are eliminated. |
