PURPOSE:To elevate durability of a punch, and to obtain a product having good qualities, by forming a shape of a caulking part in the shape of a concave face, and caulking its part by a punch whose tip has a round or aquare plane. CONSTITUTION:In a state that to the upper end face of a notched recess 4b of a side plate 4, the lower face of a paper guide 2 is made to tightly adhere, and a projecting piece 4a is projected from the upper face of the paper guide 2, a caulking punch 5 is depressed. Both sides 4c of the concave projecting piece 4a are crushed and spread out to the right and left, and the side plate 4 and the paper guide 2 are coupled exactly. In this way, the caulking is executed by crusing both the sides 4c by the flat tip of the punch 5, therefore, even if the center of the punch 5 is shifted a little from the center of the projecting piece 4a, sufficient force is put on both the sides 4c and the caulking is executed exactly. |
