PURPOSE:To reduce the load for a compresor by following method in which the discharging side of the variable capacity compressor of a rolling piston type with one discharging port and two intake ports is branched into two parts, and two systems of freezing cycles are formed between each intake ports, and then said cycles are caused to be independently controllable. CONSTITUTION:When the variable capacity compressor 1 of a rolling piston type is driven with increased power by opening valves 6a, 6b, two systems of freezing cycles A, B are operated. Consequently, a cabin is cooled uniformly in wide range and two parts may be simultaneously cooled. If one of two valves 6a, 6b is closed and one cylinder of the compressor 1 is stopped, only one system of two systems, A and B is operated, thereby cooling only near the driver's seat or a part of the cabin. By such construction, the compressor and freezing system are operated corresponding to the space which requirs cooling, and the board for compressor is reduced. |
