摘要 PURPOSE:To positively stabilize combustion in a refuse incinerator by a simple way, by controlling the temperature of a furnace by increasing and decreasing the rate of cooling air to the furnace, with the cooling air being constantly fed into the furnace, and by controlling the steam producing rate of a boiler by increasing and decreasing the rate of combustion air. CONSTITUTION:The refuse in a supply hopper 1 is fed into an incinerator A by a stoking pusher 2, and is transferred by a stoker B which is moved by a drive unit 3. On the other hand, the combustion air is fed into the incinerator A by a fan 4 interposed by a damper 6, controlled by a detector 12, so as to control the steam producing rate of a boiler 8 to be constant. In order to control the temperature of a furnace A constant, the rate of cooling air of a furnace from a fan 5 is controlled by opening and closing a damper 7 by a temperature detector 13. The time is accumulated by every unit hour by a processor 9 by the intermediary of a flowmeter 14 of differential pressure gauge type, when the rate of cooling air of the furnace reaches above the uppermost limit or below the lowest limit, respectively. When the accumulated time length exceeds a set value, the refuse feeding speed is changed according to the situation.
