PURPOSE:To maintain the temperature of melted resin at a prescribed value with excellent responsiveness, by measuring directly the temperature of melted resin in a cylinder, and by controlling a cylinder temperature so as to be a set temperature determined from a value obtained by the measurement and from parameters related to the temperature of resin. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder temperature TB is measured by temperature-measuring elements 4 inserted into holes 3 not piercing through a cylinder 2, while the temperature TA of melted resin is measured directly by temperature-measuring elements 10 inserted through holes 9 piercing through the cylinder 2. Next, signals from the temperature- measuring elements 10 are inputted in a microprocessor 13 via a linearizer 11 and an A/D converter 12, while parameters [the number of rotation of a screw (a), a room temperature (b)]related to the temperature of melted resin are inputted likewise in the microprocessor 13, and a set temperature of the cylinder in relation to a desired temperature of resin (c) is calculated therefrom. Next, a signal thus obtained is compared with the signals from the temperature-measuring elements 4 by a temperature regulator 15, and based on a differential signal thus obtained, a heater 16 or a cooling belower 17 of the cylinder 2 is controlled. |
