<p>PURPOSE:To suppress an increase quantity of the whole operation stroke to the minimum, by varying a lever ratio in accordance with a variation of a load, in an intermediate lever device which is inserted on the way of a parking brake cable. CONSTITUTION:In the beginning of operation, a lever 38 turns round a pivot 36, and transfers an input from an input cable 6, to an output cable 8. Subsequently, when a load of the output cable 8 increases, turning stop of a lever 24 whose turning has been inhibited before that time is released, and the levers 38, 24 become one body and turn round a pivot 22. As a result, by a larger lever ratio than that of the beginning of the operation, the input from the input cable 6 is transferred to the output cable 8. In this way, since the lever ratio is varied in accordance with a variation of the load, an increase quantity of the whole operation stroke can be suppressed to the minimum.</p> |
