<p>Self-contained device permitting the lubrication of moving cables (2). This device essentially consists of an assembly (3) in the form of a box, intended to be arranged about the cable (2), this box comprising, on its front (4) and rear (5) faces, orifices for the passage of the said cable, and enclosing means enabling the appropriate lubricant to be applied to the surface of the cable. According to the invention, means permitting the lubrication essentially consist of a lift and force pump (11) controlled by a wheel (12) the rotation of which is caused directly by the relative displacement between the said lubricating assembly and the cable (2) to be treated, the distribution of the oil conveyed by the pump being obtained by means of nozzles or rotating wheels bearing on the periphery of the cable. <IMAGE></p> |
