PURPOSE:To form the coil unit in length as required by fixing a driving coil to a stator board while magnetic sensing elements are mounted to the stator board and the driving coil side and forming a connecting section at the end section of the driving coil. CONSTITUTION:The linear motor driving coil unit 1 is formed by the stator board 2 shaped by a long board-shaped baked material, a sheet magnetic-substance yoke 3 fixed onto the stator board 2, a driving coil group 4, opened angles thereof with conductor sections 4a, 4b, which are fastened onto the upper surface of the yoke 3 and contribute to thrust, are approximately (2n-1) (n is positive integers of 1 and over) times of the width of each magnetic pole of field magnets, and a magnetic sensing element group 5. The L-shaped connecting section 6 is formed at the end section of the stator board 2. A mover board 7 has wheels 6, and a field magnet is fixed to the inner surface of the board 7. |
