PURPOSE:To increase the scope of utilization of the titled coil by a method wherein a coil is wound around a bobbin in advance, a core which is divided into two parts is attached to the above and assembled, thereby enabling to simplify the manufacture and assembling of the titled coil and to reset an inductance value to perform a fine adjustment. CONSTITUTION:The coil 6 is formed by performing a multilayer winding on the coil winding part 3 of the bobbin 1 and also by performing an insulating process. A troidal core 7 is divided into two core blocks 7a and 7b. In the troidal core 7, one core block 7a is inserted in the core inserting hole 2 of the bobbin 1, and the other core block 7b is assembled in the above, air-gap parts 8a and 8b are formed at both ends of the core blocks 7a and 7b respectively and mounted to the bobbin 1. When a choke coil is going to be assembled. the coil 7 is wound around the bobbin 1 in advance, an insulating process and a terminal process are performed, the core block 7a is inserted into the core inserting hole 2 of the bobbin 1 together with a stationary board 11, the other core block 7b 9b is assembled, the air-gaps 8a and 8b are formed by interposing spacers 9a and at both ends of the core blocks 7a and 7b, and the above is tightened by placing a tightening band 13 on the core block 7b. |
