The high explosive compound of a low-energy detonating cord is selected from a group of organic poly-nitrate and poly-nitramin, and the maximum diameter of particles ranges from 0.1 to 50 micron. The cord includes 0.1-2 g explosive compound per 1 m. The protective covering of the cord is made of plastic material, and the melting point of the covering material must not exceed 75≦̸C than that of the explosive.
