PURPOSE:To keep the tension of a tape constant, by providing a feeding capstan mechanism on the tape inlet side of a rotary head, and slip-coupling a drawing capstan mechanism provided on the outlet side. CONSTITUTION:By a capstan shaft 12 stuck to a pulley 14, and a pinch roller 15, a tape 9 is fed into a rotary drum 1 through an inclined guide 6. The tape 9 fed out from an inclined guide 7 is drawn out by an outlet side capstan shaft 19 and a pinch roller 23, and is wound through a guide pole. To the lower end part of the capstan shaft 19, a disk 30 to which a hysteresis plate 31 has been installed is stuck. Also, a pulley 22 is installed to the capstan shaft 19 so as to be freely rotatable, is driven by a belt 25, also is accelerated by a belt 26, and drives the pulley 14. On the upper surface of the pulley 22, magnetic poles are arrayed like N-S-N-S..., and the capstan shaft is slip-coupled against the hysteresis plate 31. In this way, the tape 9 runs smoothly without being subjected to abnormal tension. |
