PURPOSE:To obtain a pad of multiple different hardness having double or more hardness easliy with a simple equipment by a method wherein the 1st pad section is formed on the bottom force under the 1st atmospheric pressure and then the 2nd pad section is formed on this force under the 2nd atmospheric pressure. CONSTITUTION:A top force 7 and a middle force 3 of a forming device 1 are opened and the original liquid of expanding synthetic resin of the given composition is injected respectively into cavities 2a of a bottom force 2. Then, the middle force 3 and the top force 7 are mounted on the bottom force 2 to close the forming device 1. An atmospheric pressure regulator 21 is operated to hold the atmospheric pressure in an atmospheric pressure regulating chamber 9 at the 1st atmospheric pressure set to expand and cure the original liquid of the expanding synthetic resin and to form the 1st pad section 31A of the 1st hardness in the cavities 2a of the bottom force 2. Then, the top force 7 and the middle force 3 of the molding die 1 are opened, the original liquid of expanding synthetic resin of the same fundamental composition is injected into the top part of the 1st pad section 31A to close the forming device 1, to hold the a atmospheric pressure in the atmospheric regulating chamber 9 at the 2nd atmospheric pressure and to expand and cure the original liquid of synthetic resin. The 2nd pad section 31B of a hardness different from that of the 1st pad section 31A is formed integrally with the 1st pad section 31A. |
