A ballpoint-pen ink which can be removed by a rubber eraser was prepd. Thus, 21 wt. % 1,4-polyisoprene was dissolved in a mixed soln. contg. 13.5 wt. % toluene and 13.5 wt. % chloroform, and gellated at 50-80≦̸C, followed by addition of a compd. contg. 0.6 wt. % stearic acid, 3.2 wt. % palmitic acid and 28.4 wt. % DOP. The product was mixed with 13.2 % carbon black, 6 wt. % oil black and 0.6 wt. % Aerosol AS, and stirred at 35-40≦̸C to give the ballpoint pen ink.
