PURPOSE:To arrest a one-point mooring buoy easily from on the deck of a hull by providing hooks and a cable coupling with the pilot wire at the tip of the mooring cable of the one-point mooring buoy to a towing body freely movable by a radio control from a vessel. CONSTITUTION:Hooks 7, 8 capable of coupling with the pilot wire 6 at the tip of the mooring cable 4 of the one-point mooring buoy 3 are provided to a towing body 1 freely movable by a ratio control. The towing body 1 is borne aboard a vessel 5, and when necessary it is lowered on the sea from the broadside with a winch 12 and cable 13 of a work stand 11 by use of a storing stand capable of lifting or lowering. The towing body 1 is made to pass through the markers 16, 16' of the pilot wire 6 at the tip of the mooring cable of the one- point mooring buoy 3 by a ratio control from the vessel 5, arresting the pilot wire 6 with the hook 7, and the towing body 1 is recovered aboard the vessel, thereby the mooring cable 4 of the one-point mooring buoy can be easily hoisted aboard the vessel 5. |
