PURPOSE:To form a phosphor slurry layer containing plural kinds of phosphor in an about equal ratio inside of a panel by a method wherein the ratio of phosphor having a high specific weight among plural kinds of phosphor of make-up phosphor slurry is made larger than application phosphor slurry. CONSTITUTION:In an application process of phosphor slurry, recovery phosphor slurry to be recovered in a application phosphor slurry tank 1 through a course of an arrow 6 from a recovery mechanism 5 has a low specific weight compared with the application phosphor slurry 2 and the phosphor slurry with rather high viscosity can be recovered so that make-up phosphor slurry 8 can keep the ratio of phosphor in the application phosphor slurry 2 by making the ratio of phosphor in the make-up phosphor slurry 0.48+ or -0.01 making an allowance. |
