The invention relates to a reinforcing element which, in one and the same element, comprises firstly the shear reinforcement for the reinforced-concrete beam which has been concreted on, secondly the composite reinforcement between the concreted-on beam and the panel, and thirdly the shear and composite reinforcement between the panel and the in-situ concrete, the expenditure in terms of reinforcing steel and the production for said reinforcing element being kept as low as possible. This is achieved in that the stirrup cages known per se with side parts bent off in a flange-type manner have, at their ends directed away from the stirrup cage, an upwardly directed angled-off portion which expediently projects from approximately 3 to 5 cm upwards out of the partially prefabricated wall and/or floor panels.
