<p>PURPOSE:To sufficiently adhere a fluorocarbon resin and aluminum, by using aluminum containing magnesium in adhering both of them and baking the resin at the decomposition temp. of the resin. CONSTITUTION:As an aluminum material, one containing 0.01-10.0wt% of magnesium is used and a fluorocarbon resin such as a tetrafluoroethylene resin, PFA or FEP is applied to said aluminum. Subsequently, when the coated aluminum material is baked under a baking condition slightly decomposing the fluorocarbon resin, for example, under an atmosphere exceeding about 380 deg.C in PTEF, the fluorocarbon resin is sufficiently adhered to Al containing magnesium.</p> |
