Electronic components such as a power transistor (12) are mounted (fastened) on a printed-circuit board (10) by a bush (24) which has longitudinal slots (26) being passed through perforations (40, 20 and 36) in the printed-circuit board (10), the power transistor (12) and a washer (34). Because of the longitudinal slots (26), the bush (24) is in this case compressed in a sprung manner and latches in with a thickened edge (30) over the washer (34). The edge (30) is in this case seated by means of a conical surface (42) in a sprung manner on the upper edge of the perforation (36) in the washer (34). At the other end of the bush (24), a collar (32) rests on the underneath of the printed-circuit board (10). In this way, the power transistor (12) is pressed with a defined force against a cooling surface of the printed-circuit board (10) or against a heat sink resting on the printed-circuit board (10), without any risk of damage. <IMAGE>
