PURPOSE:To prolong the life of a laser tube sharply by inserting a ceramic similar in shape to a disc 6 halfway between adjacent discs through spacers. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic similar in shape to a disc 6 is inserted halfway between adjacent discs 6, 6 through spacers 7, 7'. A sputter film is thereby prevented from forming a conduction path between discs 6, 6 adjacent directly, and powders from the disc 6 are also prevented from moving along the inside wall of a quartz tube 5, thus prolonging the life of a laser tube sharply. |
