摘要 PURPOSE:To obviate heat deformation as well as to prolong useful life, by producing a thin plate excellent in erodibility owing to a plasma jet melting procedure, while carrying out an argento-brazing process onto a rotor blade upon meltage at the molding stage simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:A plasma jet melting 3 is conducted on a cut mold 2 being adjusted to the profile of a thin base plate 1 made of stainless steel, etc., after mixing metallic carbide such as tungsten carbide with self-meltable alloys such as nickel containing boron and silicon, then it is undergone with a melting process 4 and a remold 5, and then an argento-brazing 6 is carried out onto a rotor blade W. Due to these processes, no heat deformation on occurs the profile of the rotor blade W and reinforcement treatment can be achieved, dispensing with trouble of reheat treatment; hardness is improved and useful life is prolonged to a great extent.
