发明名称 HOT WATER REGENERATIVE HEAT TURBINE PLANT
摘要 PURPOSE:To obviate sulfuric acid erosion of an exhaust gas heat exchanger, by bifurcating a bypass system from such a system as ranging from a heat exchanger to a hot water turbine and adding it to the other line. CONSTITUTION:A cold-state starting system consisting of connection pipes 25- 28 shown in doted lines and control valves 33, 34 is set up in a turbine plant. And, in time of this cold-state starting, steam from an exhaust gas heat exchanger 5 is led to a feed water storage tank 1 and a feed water heating tank 3 via connection pipes 25-28 and operates the control valves 33, 34 upon detection of inlet temperature of a feed water pump 4 with a temperature sensor 36, and an opening of the valves 33, 34 is controlled and allocated. Thanks to these procedures, it is possible to rapidly raise feed water inlet temperature of the exhaust gas heat exchanger 5 so that not only the problem of sulfuric acid erosion is solvable but also early operation is attainable.
