PURPOSE:To realize a small size and a low cost of a circuit system, by forming an LPF for elimination of the folded noise within the same IC chip of a switched capacitor filter. CONSTITUTION:A switched capacitor filter SCF302 consisting of an operational amplifier, a capacitor and an analog switch is converted into a monolithic IC. In addition, an LPF303 which eliminates the folded noise caused by sampling the input signal 312 on a time axis is formed within the same chip of the above- mentioned switched capacitor filter SCF which is converted into an IC. The LPF303 consists of a resistant and a capacitor which are converted into an IC respectively. In such way, a small size and a low cost are realized for a circuit system. |
