PURPOSE:To omit a burr removing step, and to perform precise and clear cutting successively after the blow molding, by providing press cutting sections within molds for molding an unnecessary part by blow molding. CONSTITUTION:A hollow resin body is extruded into spaces A, B defined by split molds 1, 3 and split molds 2, 4, and air is blown from the upper opening Z into the molded item 15 that consists of a part 15a that wil become an end item, a flange 15b that will become swarf, and a superfluous part 15c. With this molded item 15 in the split molds 1, 3 and the split molds 2, 4, triming punches 5, 6 provided in the molds are lowered by a hyraulic cylinder 8 so that the molded item 15 is divided into three parts, that is, the part 15a that will be the end item, the flange 15b, and the superfluous part 15c. Then the molds 1-4 are opened,unnecessary parts are removed, and the end molded item 15a can be obtained. |
