PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifalsifying printed matter that maintains antifalsifying capability even if the performance of a color copying machine is significantly improved and without requiring special printing technology. SOLUTION: In the antifalsifying printed matter 1, a printing layer 3 is formed on base paper 2. The printing layer 3 is formed from ink containing a clarifying material having an amide compound or the salt thereof as its main constituent and a fluorescent material. Thus, the ink penetrates into the void spaces of the base paper 2 formed from cellulose fiber, thereby filling the void spaces and thus obtaining printed matter in which the portion printed with ink (printed layer) is made transparent. This makes it impossible for a transparent printed layer to be reproduced even if the printed matter is copied by a color copying machine.
