PURPOSE:To improve the electric withstand voltage of a hollow cylindrical rotor and to strengthen the fixture of a rotor shaft to a coil by burying a ring- shaped insulator in space from the rotor shaft at the resin part when a cylindrical coil, a commutator and the rotor shaft are integrated with the resin. CONSTITUTION:After the end of a rotor coil 2 fixedly arranged in acylindrical shape is connected to the terminal of a commutator 4, the coil 2, the end of the commurator 4 and a rotor shaft 6 are integrated with synthetic resin 5. In this case, a ring-shaped insulator 8 is buried in space from the shaft 6 in the resin 5. In this manner, the insulating withstand voltage can be enhanced, and it is rigidly molded fixedly so as not to be crushed by the pressure at the molding time. |
