PURPOSE:To smooth the machining process of metals by mounting a backlash cylinder, giving pilot pressure to the tool rest and removing the backlash of a feeding system. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic circuit at the feeding cylinder 4 side is formed using a solenoid valve 11 as a main body, and a hydraulic circuit at the backlash cylinder 10 side is controlled by means of a solenoid valve 12. When cutting, the solenoid valve 11 is positioned at a location shown in the figure, and pressure by pressure source 13 in not applied to the feeding cylinder 4. The solenoid valve 12 is positioned at a right shift location at the backlash cylinder 10 side at that time, the pilot pressure backing the tool rest 3 by means of the pressure source 14 works to the backlash cylinder 10, and backlash is removed. |
