PURPOSE:To decrease weight of a pulley and increase its productivity, by winding and brazing an annular toothed member to the peripheral surface of a peripheral flange part of round vertical section in an annular supporting member simultaneously engaging engagement tongue elements of a tooth bottom part to a slit of the flange part. CONSTITUTION:An annular toothed member 1 is formed to tooth shape in its peripheral surface side, and in its internal peripheral surface an engagement protrusion 4 is correspondingly formed to each tooth bottom part 3 of the tooth shape 2. Engagement tongue elements 5, 5' are integrally formed to the engagement protrusion 4. While an annular supporting member 6 is formed by a pair of supporting plate units 7, 7', axially at a face-to-face position to each other, and each supporting plate unit 7, 7' is provided with annular flange parts 8, 8' formed respectively along peripheral edges. Then each of the engagement tongue elements 5, 5' is engaged and brazed to slits 10 formed to the flange parts 8, 8'. |
