<p>In order to desulphurise flue gases of a firing installation, it is expedient to provide the installation with an apparatus which permits additives to be blown into the combustion chamber of a boiler. However, the pneumatic conveyance of such substances is problematical, since they can lead to the formation of deposits in the conveying line and consequently to clogging. This can be remedied by increasing the speed of the conveyed matter in the region of the outlet of the conveying line. For this, the invention provides that additional air is fed to the stream of conveyed matter in the area of the boiler wall through a porous conveyor boundary walling (6), the stream of conveyed matter preferably being accelerated through a nozzle (13) which is arranged at the mouth of the conveying line (6). For this, the conveying line may be connected to the boiler wall (4) by a double-casing pipe (5). The inner pipe (6) of the latter is designed to be air-permeable and conically tapering (13), the outer pipe (7) being provided with a connection (9) for an air supply. <IMAGE></p> |
