PURPOSE:To increase the ratio between the data rate and the driving power and to simplify the address control to the break of the power supply, by setting a specific auxiliary major line between a transfer part and a bubble generator or a bubble detector. CONSTITUTION:A major line 22 which is driven with the current access and can transmit the bubble connects a magnetic bubble generator 24 and a magnetic bubble detector 25. Plural minor loops 21 are arrayed approximately right-angled to the line 22 and can give the start/stop independently of the shift of the bubble on the line 22. Furthermore a transfer part where the line 22 and the loop 21 overlap is provided. With a magnetic bubble memory device of such constitution, an auxiliary major line 23 which can stop the bubble data of an address code length is set between the transfer part and the generator 24 or the detector 25. |
