PURPOSE:To obtain a tube short of small gaps in seam parts and uniform in mechanical strength by a method wherein a plurality of material films such as rubber etc. are wound about a heat resisting core body placing sheet-shaped thermally fluid material in the seam parts. CONSTITUTION:A material film 4 composed of thermoplastic plastics or rubber is wound about a heat resisting core body 2 by desired turns and the films 4' are wound by the desired turns about a seam part with the adjacent material film 4' through sheet-shaped fluid material 5 capable of flowing at the softening point of the films 4, 4'. Subsequently, the films are heated up to a temperature exceeding the softeninig points of the films 4, 4' in a heating furnace, welded into each other, the thermally fluid material 5 is fluidized to fill and close small gaps formed in the seam parts when the film is wound. After heating is completed, the thermally fluid material is cooled and the heat resisting core material 2 is removed to obtain a desired tube. |
