A method was described for the chromatog. sepn. of sol. components from a multicomponent mixt. The feed soln. and a desorbent were fed sequentially under predetd. conditions into three continuous columns packed with a solid adsorbent. Thus, the app. was used for the sepn. and selective recovery of glucose, fructose, and oligosaccharide solns. in an isomerized sugar soln. at desired liq. concn. using Diaion FRK ol(Ca2+) cation exchange resin as the adsorbent.
