摘要 <p>Lubricating layer for compound friction bearings or for inserts for such, are based on polyarylene sulphides esp. polyphenylene sulphide with a proportion of a base of a metal from Gp. 1 or 2, (ratio of base: polymer = 0.1:99.9 to 5:95 wt. %). Pref. bases are Na2CO3, LiOH, Ca(OH)2 or MgO. The polyarylene sulphide is mixed with the base, or a cpd. yielding the base under the working conditions, is applied to the supporting material and hardened. The resin and base are wet mixed, and a heat treated resin is used. The carrier consists pref. of aluminium or an aluminium alloy. The polyarylene sulphides esp. polyphenylene sulphide are valued for their high temp. stability. Homopolymers, solid mixed polymers or terpolymers can be used. An improved adhesion between support material and lubricating layer is obtained together with better abrasion resistance and running properties.</p>
