The invention relates to a hollow lamella as a façade-lining or roof-covering element, which acts simultaneously as a sun- and/or light-ray collector. For this purpose, the upper part of the hollow lamella is formed from transparent material which is permeable to sun rays, whereas the lower part, constructed so as to be able to absorb solar radiation, has an absorption area enlarged by constructional elements and/or by physical or chemical treatment, in order to increase the sun- and light-ray-absorbing action, in particular taking into consideration the changing directions of incident light during the day.
