PURPOSE:To improve the rate of acceptable products and working efficiency by a method wherein a prominent gate part of a molded part of synthetic resin is removed completely through a punching process. CONSTITUTION:The prominent gate part 11 of the molded part 1 is mounted so that it can be inserted into a drop-through hole 41 provided on a die 4 as a blanking tool, a punch guide 51 is dropped to push said molded part and to knock it out with a blanking punch 5. As a result, the gate part is removed and a blanked hole 12 is obtained. |
