<p>The conveyor belt has running strips containing reinforcing inlays extending for its entire length along its edges, and by which it is supported on rollers. The inlays comprise upright strips (3,3.1) extending in the direction of the running strips (2), and made of material having a low degree of elasticity. One at least of these strips can be of corrugated section when seen in plan view, and they can be divided into a number of overlapping sections joined together by or embedded in elastomer material, or alternatively by mechanical means.</p> |
