<p>PURPOSE:To increase the yield of products, by arranging each rectangular element toward the specific direction and processing them, in forming a lot of rectangular elements having minute patterns on one substrate. CONSTITUTION:In forming, e.g., a color-resolution filter (a rectangular elements consisting of minute patterns having colored layers sectioned into three primary colors), a part of (e.g., four) a plurality of (e.g., seven) rectangular elements 2 located on a glass substrate 1, 2'' are located obliquely, and all the rectangular elements (including elements 2'') are arranged so as to make the side toward the center of the substrate 1 almost orthogonal to the radial line from the center of the substrate 1 (symbols 3 shows the light shielding part of the element). In providing each rectangular element as the mentioned above, when resin is supplied from a tube 5 by turning the substrate 1 and coating it on elements, the generation of uneven coating of resin on each element is prevented (symbol 6 shows each rectangular element).</p> |
